Dr. Joanna Collins, PhD., LPC, CCTP
Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—emotionally reactive in relationships, weighed down by self-doubt, or silently carrying the impact of past pain? You may be thoughtful and motivated for change, but unsure how to move forward. You deserve a space where your story is honored and your growth supported. My clients seek clarity, emotional balance, and deeper connection—with themselves and others. Together, we work to move beyond survival mode toward a life of confidence, peace, and purpose
I help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and relationship patterns rooted in attachment wounds. Using EMDR, CBT, and self-compassion, I offer a safe, collaborative space to process the past, build insight, and create lasting change. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and tailored to your goals.
Taking the first step toward support is a meaningful decision. I provide a respectful, collaborative space to explore your goals and challenges. If you're ready to begin, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
